"September 7th" is a short horror game released for Christmas. The plot of the game is simple to the point of banality, and the gameplay is not delayed. The game also contains some Easter eggs and mentions. The game takes place in 2009.

Do you believe in the existence of Christmas elves that appear on New Year's Eve and Christmas? If so, then most likely you have heard of the good elves. But imagine that there are still evil elves. They create madness and can come to you at any time if they get bored. They are watching you and testing you. Or maybe they just want to have fun. Will you play by their rules?
Dima is a graduate student. His family is planning a move. Finally, this day came on the seventh of September, Dima and his parents move into a new apartment. A few weeks pass and Dima receives a funny Christmas Elf doll as a gift. With her appearance, strange things begin to happen in the house.

Full gameplay
5/5. Very good game!Gave me a header error when extracting, a system error when playing the first time and the mouse would not work in the actual game, but worked fine in the menu. I'm running was better than the recommended requirement. I've had similar problems with some other games, but can't remember what game engine that they used.

This was a fun little jump scare fest, Haunted aparme crazy. I played this alone at night in the dark and I still haven't fully recovered. It's short and to the point, enjoy.

I've played several of Emika Games at this point. I purchased September 7th as part of a package deal (great price!). The game itself is about you being trapped in your apartment with a creepy, gnome/elf like doll that is well...deadly...There are puzzles to solve as the game gives you the feeling that someone or something is always watching you, which, they ARE.
I can't believe I missed this nice gem of an indie. I'm newer to EMICA's work, and quite impressed with the quality. The jumpscares were set up nicely.

I very much enjoyed the scares and atmosphere. It was very well done. However, a lot of the riddles were unclear due to what seemed like a language barrier. The game itself is great and I look forward to finishing it. As someone who only speaks English,
its gonna be a bit of a challenge. XDBought this game with 3 others during the winter sale of 2023, and, as fun as this game was, this felt like the weakest in story and tension. I did enjoy the ride and can not wait to see what the devs have next. Good job nonetheless!
A great Holiday horror game! Loved the elf! Gave me great chills and that feeling of nopeing out while progressing.
